Everlasting old and new

This picture is from the coastal track at the Noosa headland in Noosa National Park. I am not quite sure about it, but my guess is this yellow flower is Xerochrysum bracteatum, commonly known as the Golden Everlasting, Strawflower or Paper daisy. What I really liked about this photo is the closeness of the two flowers, withering and fresh, with the even younger flower in the background. I actually took another shot of just the two right flowers, but I preferred this one.
